Gdzieś we wszechświecie rzucają kości i przypadkiem wypada twoja kolej. I odtąd zwyciężyć lub przegrać - to tylko kwestia szczęścia. Borys Pasternak

.Joshua followed Moses until helearned how to lead himself.Elisha followed Elijah until his appointedtime for ministry. At McCormick Place in Chicago and in Vancouver, people were beinghealed during the film, even before I walked on the platform.Thepowerful anointing God had placed on her life was present. It's Caught!Again and again people have come to me and asked, "Benny, how canI receive the anointing?" Or they feel God stirring inside of them and say,"I want to receive a double portion!" My advice is to stop waiting in acorner.Get up and move to a place where God's power is flowing.Theanointing is not taught, it is caught just as an olive can be caught as it fallsfrom the tree.Don't stay where you are.Look for the anointing and be determined itis going to fall on you.Literally "wrap" yourself in what God has prepared. That's what Elisha did.The prophet Elijah found him plowing in a field."Elijah passed by himand threw his mantle on him" (I Kings 19:19).From that moment, Elishawas a transformed man.The anointing was so powerful that heslaughtered his oxen and gave the people a free barbecue. He "took a yokeof oxen and slaughtered them and boiled their flesh, using the oxen'sequipment, and gave it to the people, and they ate. Then he arose and124UNLIMITED ANOINTINGfollowed Elijah, and became his servant" (v.21).Elisha insisted that the prophet Elijah not leave him. Why? He did notwant to be separated from the anointing. When the Lord was about totake Elijah up to heaven and they were on their way from Gilgal, Elijahsaid to Elisha, "Stay here; please, for the Lord has sent me on to Bethel."Elisha responded, "As the Lord lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leaveyou!" (2 Kings 2:2).Next, Elijah told him to stay behind while he went to Jericho.Again,Elisha refused to leave his side (v.4).And even when Elijah explained thatthe Lord was sending him to the Jordan river, Elisha repeated, "As theLord lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you" (v.6).He wanted to stay close to the mantle the anointing. At the river, "Elijah took his mantle, rolled it up, and struck the water;and it was divided this way and that, so that the two of them crossed overon dry ground" (v.8).When they reached the other side, Elijah said toElisha, "Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?" AndElisha replied, "Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me" (v.9).He desired everything! The prophet explained that what he wasasking for was difficult."Nevertheless, if you see me when IAS ELIJAH'S MANTLE FELL,am taken from you, it shall be forELISHA RUSHED TOyou; but if not, it shall not be so" (v.10).RECEIVE IT HE CAUGHTTHE ANOINTING.And, like before, theycontinued to move on.Remember,God will not give you the anointing unless there is action. As they were walking along conversing, suddenly a chariot of fire andhorses of fire appeared "and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven"(v.11).But here is the greatest part of the story. As Elijah's mantle fell,Elisha rushed to receive it he caught the anointing.God allowed him toexperience the same power.125KATHRYN KUHLMANScripture records that Elisha returned immediately to the banks of theJordan."Then he took the mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, andstruck the water, and said, "Where is the Lord God of Elijah?' And whenhe also had struck the water, it was divided this way and that; and Elishacrossed over" (v.14).God, in His great sovereignty, arranges times and places when we arenear the anointing.Yet if we are blind to it, His touch will pass us by.Don't expect an angel to appear and say, "Hello! I've got something foryou."Elisha kept his eyes open and he caught the mantle.Great ExpectationsBegin to anticipate what God is about to do in your life.Activate your faith and place yourself in a position to receive. That isthe advice Naomi gave to Ruth."Wash thyself therefore, and anoint thee, and put thy raiment upon thee" (Ruth 3:3).If you want to reap theharvest, you must be prepared.Rise up and literally anoint your faith. As Isaiah declared, "Arise, youprinces.Anoint the shield! (Isaiah 21:5).Peter and John did exactly thatBEGIN TO ANTICIPATEwhen they were at the GateWHAT GOD IS ABOUT TOBeautiful.Peter looked at a manDO IN YOUR LIFE.crippled from birth and said, "Silveror gold I do not have, but what I dohave I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up andwalk" (Acts 3:6)
